Return Window & Condition
- Return request is accepted within 7 days from delivery date.
- Product must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and in resellable condition.
- Invoice/order details are required as support document.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Foreign alcohol is non-refundable.
- Broken or damaged bottles are not returnable at all.
- Tobacco products, opened consumables, and perishables are non-returnable except verified wrong-item delivery by us.
Refund Processing
- After approval, refund timeline is 3-7 business days.
- Refund mode will follow original payment mode where feasible, or operationally equivalent method in Nepal context.
- Operational constraints in local logistics can cause reasonable processing delays.
नेपाली
फिर्ता अवधि र अवस्था
- डेलिभरी मितिबाट ७ दिनभित्र फिर्ता अनुरोध स्वीकार गरिन्छ।
- सामान प्रयोग नभएको, नखोलिएको (लागू हुने अवस्थामा) र पुनःबिक्री योग्य हुनुपर्छ।
- बिल/अर्डर विवरण प्रमाणका लागि आवश्यक हुन्छ।
फिर्ता नहुने / रिफन्ड नहुने वस्तु
- विदेशी मदिरा रिफन्डयोग्य छैन।
- फुटेको वा क्षतिग्रस्त बोतल कुनै पनि अवस्थामा फिर्ता हुँदैन।
- सुर्तीजन्य वस्तु, खोलिएका उपभोग्य र छिटो बिग्रिने वस्तु फिर्ता हुँदैन (हाम्रो गल्तीले गलत सामान गएको प्रमाणित अवस्थाबाहेक)।
रिफन्ड प्रक्रिया
- स्वीकृतिपछि ३-७ कार्यदिनभित्र रिफन्ड प्रक्रिया पूरा गरिन्छ।
- सम्भव भएसम्म उही भुक्तानी माध्यम वा नेपालमा व्यवहारिक वैकल्पिक माध्यमबाट रिफन्ड गरिन्छ।
- स्थानीय सञ्चालन तथा यातायात कारणले यथोचित समय थपिन सक्छ।
